Either pary to this Agreement may, by notice given in accordance with this Section lO(a), designate a new address for
notices, requests, demands and other communications to such party.
(b) Red Bull Entities Representative. For purposes of obtaining the Red Bull Entities' prior written
consent under this Agreement, the Red Bull Entities' representative (the "Red Bull Representative"), curently
designated as Christian Dempster, shall be authorized to provide such consent to the City on behalf of the Red Bull
Entities in his capacity as Red Bull Representative. The Red Bull Entities may elect to modify the Red Bull
Representative designation at any time during the Term of the Agreement by providing written notice to the City.
(c) Further Assurances. Each pary agrees to take or cause to be taken such actions (including the
execution, acknowledgement and delivery of additional instruments or documents) that are reasonable or necessary to
