In the Access or CSMA token, additional 32 bits to complete the Master ID will be sent

So to complete the whole MID an Access Token must be received, but most of the decisions can be
taken only with the information received in the Token Announce.
When a node detects that its master has change the MID it shall change it immediately.
� Force master field (3 bits)
This field shall be used to establish priorities in the network coordination rules between Access
and IH BPL cells. Values shall be:
• 0x0 – 0x1 for Access MV BPL cell.
• 0x2 – 0x4 for Access LV BPL cell.
• 0x6 – 0x7 Reserved for IH cells.
