In each section, for each of the possible capabilities, two fields have to be filled. The first one shall be the maximum
capability the node can perform. The second one shall be the real level of such capability that is performing at that
time.
Common capabilities section
For the moment, this part of the table is empty, until the common capabilites are determined by the standard. The
index shall be used to make a reference to a capability when transmitting the running capabilities as described in
section 0.
Chip related fields
In the following table, the fields index, field name, length, default value and description, are presented. The index
shall be used to make a reference to a capability when transmitting the running capabilities as described in section 0.
