The running capabilities message shall be the same as the one used in the first stage of the protocol, just repeating<br />

the previously negotiated ports in its content.<br />

The RUN_CAP_MSG may expect or not an ACK from its destination, depending on the content of the<br />

MESSAGE_MODE field, as described in section 0.<br />

When a broadcast destination address is used, a dummy port named 255, which will be ignored by the receiver,<br />

shall be set in the message.<br />

The protocol behaviour in the case of RUN_CAP_MSG with an ACK required is described in the following figures:<br />
