CAC_Chg message must be used when:<br />

A resource parameter has changed <strong>and</strong> the node has to communicate the change to its FMN.<br />

If the FMN receives a Reservation Change from an open Session Id, it updates the resources requested, the FMN<br />

has to answer with a Reservation Change Confirmation Packet, indicating if the new resources requested are<br />

accepted or not. If the requester node does not receive the acknowledgement of the packet sent, when a timeout<br />

expires, it will send a new Reservation Change Packet.<br />
