The Burst Header contains two independent pieces of information:<br />

- Information about the data burst being transmitted, which destination port is Transmission Port<br />

- Information about PAP Information, which destination port is PAP Port.<br />

For this reason, the receiver of data burst could be different from receiver of PAP information.<br />
