The reservation Stop must be used by requester nodes when:
The node doesn’t transmit a flow anymore and informs the FMN that the resources allocated to its Session Id can be
freed.
The reservation Stop must be used by a node that is included in the flow path when:
It detect that requester node is no longer connected to the node.
CAC_Stp message doesn´t need to be confirmed by the FMN because requester node knows if FMN is trying to
guarantee Session ID traffic (Node receives data tokens for this Session ID).In this case, node shall resend CAC_Stp
message again after MAX_CAC_STP_TO time.
