performed (x=y=0) the pseudor<strong>and</strong>om generators will not advance. The structure of each pseudor<strong>and</strong>om<br />

generator that generates a u word from the extracted t’ word is shown in Figure 13<br />

The symbol number value shall be 1 for the channel reference symbol, <strong>and</strong> shall be incremented by 1 for every<br />

symbol there after.<br />
