<strong>The</strong> responses <strong>in</strong>dicated that CBAHWs were will<strong>in</strong>g to provide veter<strong>in</strong>ary services for<br />

which livestock keepers pay and also for those that they expect the government to f<strong>in</strong>ance.<br />

CBAHWs seemed to evaluate veter<strong>in</strong>ary services solely <strong>in</strong> terms <strong>of</strong> perceived benefit to stock<br />

keepers, with little regard to whether or not they are able to pay for them. <strong>The</strong>y have a good<br />

understand<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> the perceived benefits associated with these services. Assum<strong>in</strong>g that this is
