from contraceptive use.<br />

• There are some external barriers: political and social barriers, organization <strong>of</strong> the<br />

health system, but most <strong>of</strong>ten the barriers are <strong>in</strong>ternal factors like ignorance and<br />

misconceptions; provid<strong>in</strong>g correct <strong>in</strong>formation to people about contraceptive<br />

methods, exist<strong>in</strong>g services and their rights will help us to overcome these barriers and<br />

to facilitate access to family plann<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
