Recapping the above discussion, the method proposed in this paper is particularly useful foranalysing <strong>and</strong> developing complex systems, the boundaries <strong>of</strong> which are difficult to establish <strong>and</strong> theimpact factors <strong>of</strong> which are very heterogeneous in their nature <strong>and</strong> degree <strong>of</strong> impact.
