SUBPS Subtract Packed Single-Precision Floating-Point<br />

Subtracts each packed single-precision floating-point value in the second source<br />

operand from the corresponding packed single-precision floating-point value in the<br />

first source operand and writes the result of each subtraction in the corresponding<br />

doubleword of the destination (first source). The first source/destination operand is an<br />

XMM register. The second source operand is another XMM register or <strong>128</strong>-bit memory<br />

location.<br />

Mnemonic Opcode Description<br />

SUBPS xmm1, xmm2/mem<strong>128</strong> 0F 5C /r Subtracts packed single-precision floating-point values in an XMM<br />

register or <strong>128</strong>-bit memory location from packed single-precision<br />

floating-point values in another XMM register and writes the result in<br />

the destination XMM register.<br />
