CAPÍTULO VI: CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LOS MICRO-EMPRENDIMIENTOS ENLA PROVINCIA DE CÓRDOBA. POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS Y EMPRESARIALIDADEntre los micro-emprendimientos liderados por los varones, seobservó que en el grupo con menor nivel educativo, la motivación de iniciarel emprendimiento por estar desempleado a ese momento, tuvo una mayorimportancia relativa, que el resto de las motivaciones analizadas.Los micro-emprendimientos conducidos por personas, de ambossexos, con mayor índice de capital humano y fuerte dedicación, en los quehay escasa participación de familiares, presentan una performance superiorque el promedio. Este fenómeno se presenta en forma más acentuada en elgrupo de varones.Se encontró que los emprendimientos exitosos aparecen asociadospositivamente con la aplicación habitual de innovaciones en el desarrollo denuevos procesos productivos, el control de calidad, la incorporación demaquinarias y equipos y en nuevas técnicas de marketing y organización.En cuanto a las políticas públicas, se observó que las mismas tienenuna orientación predominantemente pro-pobre, en el sentido que consistenfundamentalmente en otorgar ayuda financiera a micro-emprendimientosque exhiben una baja performance y están impulsados generalmente porpersonas que provienen del desempleo. Así mismo, se detectó la existenciade grupos de micro-emprendimientos que no estarían cubiertos por losprogramas que se relevaron en el estudio. Finalmente, se mostró lainfluencia de la empresarialidad como capacidad personal clave en lasostenibilidad de los micro-emprendimientos.BibliografíaBlanchflower, D. G., A. Oswald y A.
