m Acuerdo Sobre: SHCP (ENAJENACIÓN DE U POSICIÓN ACCIONARIA DEL GOBIERNO FEDERAL EN BBVA BANCOMER). Acuerdo CID-02-I1I-1. La Comisión Intersecretarial de Desincorporación (CID), en forma conjunta con la Comisión Intersecretarial de Gasto Financiamiento y con la presencia del Director General de Crédito Público de la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP), conoció la nota titulada: "Posición Accionaria del Gobierno Federal en BBVA Bancomer. Enajenación de las Acciones", que elaboró la Dirección General de Crédito Público (DGCP) de la SHCP; al respecto, acordó tomar nota de lo siguiente: a) que la Secretaría de Contraloría y Desarrollo Administrativo formuló diversas consideraciones referentes a la improcedencia de aplicar en el año 2001 la Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público (Ley de Adquisiciones), al proceso de enajenación de la posición accionaria del Gobierno Federal en Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer, S.A. de C.V. (BBVA Bancomer), representativa del 10.49% del capital social de dicha institución, en razón de que para llevar a cabo dicho proceso se utilizaría el mecanismo de ingresos netos, b) que de conformidad con el artículo 14 de la Ley de Ingresos de la Federación para el Ejercicio Fiscal de 2002, la DGCP considera aplicable la Ley de Adquisiciones para la contratación del agente colocador global internacional, a través del mecanismo de ingresos netos, por lo que dicha Dirección General solicitará la aprobación de la SHCP, para la contratación respectiva, sin contar con una autorización global o específica-del presupuesto de inversión y de gasto corriente, en .../ Eíx
