Objectives of the Research: The objective of thecurrent research is to find a valid innovative thinkingtest to be applied on the dump students and those withimpaired hearing in the three grades (first, second andthird grades) of the intermediate schools in MakkahRegion (Makkah, Jeddah and Taif). This will be done byidentifying the psychometric characteristics (validityand reliability) of the test after applying it on theresearch sample, as well as its consistency withcharacteristics of the good test and find a correctionscale for this category and then obtain the standards ofthe test dimensions (fluency, flexibility, originality anddetail) for the age groups of ١٢, ١٣, ١٤, ١٥, ١٦ yearsand for the sample as a whole. A proposed enrichingprogram to promote the creative thinking of dumpstudents and those with impaired hearing will bedeveloped and finally the difference in creativitybetween these students and the hearing ones willidentified.The Sample: The sample was made of ٢٠٤ dump andimpaired hearing students in Al-Amal Institutes and theclassrooms affiliated to the public education in Makkahin the age category of ( ١٢ – ١٧ years) of which ١٤٥ weredump and ٥٩ with impaired hearing along with ٢٠٤hearing students of the same age category and in thesame schooling stage for the sake of comparison.Research Tools: The intention of the researcher is tovalidate form B of Torrance test of creative thinkingwhich is applied to the hearing students in theKingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher alsoemployed Ronzly scale for estimation of behavioralcharacteristics for high achieving students.Research Findings: In order to answer the researchquestions, a number of statistical analyses wereconducted. First its was ascertained from the pilotstudy by means of t test that there are no statisticallysignificant differences between the dump students and٢٨١
