8. Right-click, then click Enlarge/Edit Beam’s Eye View…, or click in the viewer, to<br />

open the Beam’s Eye View dialog box for the IMRT plan.<br />

Notice the same IMRT section in the Treatment Field Definition dialog box displays in<br />

the Beam’s Eye View dialog box.<br />

You cannot change an imported IMRT plan in Beam’s Eye View.<br />

9. Click Cancel to close the Beam’s Eye View dialog box.<br />

10. Right-click, then click Display Shaped Port… to open the Beam’s Eye View for the<br />

IMRT shaped port.<br />

The Shaped Port is the outermost leaf positions for the IMRT treatment field. It is also<br />

called the CIAO, completely irradiated area outline.<br />

11. Click Cancel to close the Beam’s Eye View dialog box.<br />

12. Right-click, then click Import… to open the Treatment Field Definitions window.<br />

The Treatment Field Definitions window enables you to import parameters from another<br />

treatment field definition into the current definition. Notice that only plans with MLC<br />

fields are listed, including MLC fields that are not IMRT. If any of the MLC fields<br />

include a field shape, it is indicated in the Shape section.<br />

13. Click Close to close the Treatment Field Definitions window.<br />

Site Setup Definition<br />

You use the site setup feature to add a new site setup definition. Your facility must have<br />

eCHART registered to use Site Setup.<br />

Adding Site Setup Definition<br />

You use the Site Setup Definition window to add patient positioning and image reference<br />

data into a treatment site for subsequent treatment verification. Patient orientation is<br />

necessary to communicate shifts/offsets in patient coordinates and translate isocenter changes<br />

from patient coordinates to machine coordinates for couch calculations. Site Setup<br />

Definitions can be imported or manually created.<br />

CAUTION<br />

To add or change an unapproved site setup, you must have Clinical |<br />

Site Setup Def | Modify rights.<br />

1. Open the chart for your patient, then open the Diagnoses and Interventions window.<br />
