3. Right-click, then click Load Reference Data.<br />

If have an Elekta XVI, the DICOM transfer to XVI begins after you<br />

select a site.<br />

4. Select a field from site 2.<br />

5. Right-click, then click Load Reference Data.<br />

6. Do this for all sites.<br />

Site Setup Verification<br />

You use the Site Setup Verification window to set up and verify patients for treatment<br />

delivery and imaging before treatment. You can also verify the patient setup while in QA<br />

mode. Site Setup Verification also lets you confirm the correct patient is at the machine with<br />

Patient Verification. When in a verified mode, <strong>MOSAIQ</strong> compares actual values to the<br />

defined values to check for any mismatches. You cannot complete the site setup until you<br />

have cleared all mismatches.<br />

<strong>MOSAIQ</strong> indicates whether each parameter is within tolerance or out of tolerance. If a<br />

parameter is out of tolerance, it is highlighted in red.<br />

Recording a Site Setup<br />

You can configure how you verify the patient and site setup parameters from the Clinical<br />

(RO) tab of the Department Setup. Your system administrator can help you with this.<br />

CAUTION<br />

To use Record Site Setup, you must have Clinical | Tx Delivery |<br />

Modify or Approve rights.<br />

1. Open the chart for your patient, click eChart | Radiotherapy Treatment..., then click<br />

Treat to open the Treatment Delivery Table window.<br />

2. Select a treatment field and click Treat OR right-click, then click Perform Site Setup<br />

to open the Site Setup Verification window.<br />

3. Clear all interlocks. Refer to Overrides below for more information.<br />

4. Verify the patient. Refer to Patient Verification for more information.<br />

5. Click Record to open the Record Site Setup dialog box.<br />

The Record Site Setup dialog box shows the course of treatment, the prescription site to<br />

which the site setup definition applies, the initials of the primary and secondary logged<br />

on therapists, the date and time on which you opened the Site Setup Verification<br />

window, and the name of the linear accelerator or proton machine to which the site<br />

setup definition applies.<br />
