1. Click the Print Worksheet button. The system prints a sheet for each order at your<br />

workstations default printer. The print user, date, and time are logged on the database.<br />

Editing an Order<br />

1. Click the Change Order button to open the Order Detail window. Changes can be<br />

made and saved.<br />

Viewing the Order History<br />

1. Click the Order History button to open the Order History window where you can see<br />

all order history recorded. User name and time appears.<br />

Recording Medication Treatments from Medication Treatment<br />

(MAR)<br />

You can record the dose supplied, start date/time, stop date/time, and the system calculates<br />

the duration of medication administration. To document the administration of a patient<br />

medication, the medication must be approved in <strong>MOSAIQ</strong>.<br />

WARNING<br />

Make sure that you approve the order before treatment to make<br />

sure that it is clinically applicable for the patient.<br />

Recording a Medication Treatment<br />

When you record a treatment, you record the dose, time, and IV details. If the information is<br />

not complete or incorrect, you can save the information you have. You can then get the<br />

previous documentation and record the medication treatment at a different time.<br />

Documenting the Dose<br />

1. Click on the toolbar to open the Select Orders to be Treated dialog box.<br />

The Select Orders to be Treated dialog box shows a list of all approved orders for the<br />

current date. You can access orders from previous dates through the Previous Orders<br />

button.<br />

You can select multiple orders using the CTRL and SHIFT keys. To<br />

select two or three individual orders, select an order, press CTRL,<br />

then click the other orders with CTRL pressed. To select a group of<br />

orders, select the first order, press SHIFT, then click the last order in<br />

the group with SHIFT pressed.<br />
