9. Click OK to import the file(s). The imported treatment plan appears in a Tx Plans folder<br />

in the Diagnoses and Interventions window.<br />

The imported treatment plans appear in the order you import them<br />

into the <strong>MOSAIQ</strong>. The most recent or last treatment plan you<br />

imported appears first in the Tx Plans folder of the Diagnoses and<br />

Interventions window.<br />

Viewing/Changing Treatment Plans<br />

You can use the Treatment Plan Editor window to view and change treatment plans. When<br />

you have imported the treatment plan file(s), you can view the plan, change its name, add<br />

and remove image and text files. You can also add notes, approve, print, and associate<br />

treatment courses and prescriptions to the treatment plan.<br />

1. Open a patient chart and click eChart | Diagnoses and Interventions… to open the<br />

Diagnoses and Interventions window.<br />

2. Double-click the imported treatment plan in the Tx Plan folder to open the Treatment<br />

Plan Editor window.<br />

The Treatment Plan Editor window uses the same toolbars as those in the Import Tx<br />

Plan window. The upper toolbar lets you save, print, move the page in the viewer,<br />

navigate through multiple pages, and change the page layout of multiple-page<br />

documents. The lower toolbar lets you navigate through multiple-page treatment plans<br />

and change the dimensions of the page with the zoom tools.<br />

3. Type a new name for the treatment plan in the Tx Plan Name field if you want to change<br />

it. You can also change the name if you did not name it when you imported the files.<br />

4. Type a short description of the plan in the Tx Plan Description field.<br />

5. Click Associations to associate the treatment plan or image with radiation<br />

prescriptions and/or courses.<br />

The Tx Plan Association window shows the courses and prescriptions for the selected<br />

patient.<br />

6. Click the prescription or course, then click Select. The associated prescription appears<br />

in the Treatment Plan Editor window. If you do not want the treatment plan or image<br />

associated with a prescription, click None in the Tx Plan Association window.<br />

If the patient has multiple prescriptions and/or courses, press SPACEBAR to tag the<br />

prescriptions and/or courses to associate with the treatment plan.<br />

7. Click Note and add notes or comments about this treatment plan.<br />
