Buildable Lands<br />

The majority of <strong>Tulsa</strong>’s area is already developed, from<br />

relatively dense development to scattered development, but<br />

there is still a significant supply of vacant land, particularly<br />

in East, Northwest, and Southwest <strong>Tulsa</strong>. Most of <strong>Tulsa</strong>’s<br />

vacant land is unimpeded by floodplains.<br />
