Disconnect hose of fast i<br />

vacuum tester.<br />

Check hose connection and<br />

when it is found normal, replace<br />

actuator.<br />

Connect vacuum tester to hose<br />

on the inlet side of FICD<br />

magnet valve.<br />

Light OFF<br />

Disconnect inlet hose o<br />

valve (vacuum source),<br />

nect to vacuum tester.<br />

Light ON<br />

Check with 12-volt test<br />

light whether electric<br />

current flows to magnet<br />

valve.<br />

When it is found normal,<br />

replace magnet valve.<br />

Connect 12-volt test light to<br />

terminal of blue wire leading to<br />

FICD magnet valve. Ground the<br />

other end of test light.<br />

Check hose for twist, dent and<br />

leak, and when it is found normal,<br />

replace magnet valve.<br />

Light OFF<br />

Inspect circuit of magnet<br />

valve.<br />

Refer to "Compressor Clutch<br />

Diagnoses".<br />

Check hose for twist, dent<br />

and leak.<br />

Check tank for leak and<br />

connector's connection.<br />

Repair or replace parts<br />

as required.<br />

Check hose, and when it<br />

is found normal, replace<br />

check valve.<br />

unless normal vacuum level exists in<br />

each check point.
