If their Excitement Increases they Dance<br />

I say: this is silly. <strong>The</strong>y could have used this as a proof had he been<br />

ordered to strike the ground with his foot out of joy. However, he<br />

was ordered to strike the ground with his foot in order for water to<br />

flow out.<br />

<strong>Ibn</strong> 'Aqil said: How could they use as evidence for dancing the<br />

proof of the miracle of a person who was just cured from a disease<br />

and ordered to strike the ground with his foot so that water flows<br />

out?<br />

If this could be used as evidence, then let Allah's order for Musa<br />

to,<br />

"strike the stone with your cane"<br />
