We have studied the relation between fatigue complaints and judo and lecture&#12288;using questionnaire method <strong>of</strong> fatigue in student.<br />

Complaint items <strong>of</strong> fatigue were apparent sleepiness and yawning for the lessons. Salivary chromogranin A (CgA) was considered as an<br />

index <strong>of</strong> stress condition. But the change rate <strong>of</strong> CgA was close relation parasympathetic condition <strong>of</strong> the item <strong>of</strong> sleepiness and yawning<br />

in fatigue survey. In this study, the change rate <strong>of</strong> CgA was analyzed by the transition pattern <strong>of</strong> fatigue complaints <strong>of</strong> sleepiness and<br />

yawning after judo and lecture. The transition patterns <strong>of</strong> fatigue in which were the incidence case <strong>of</strong> complaint, the disappearance case<br />

<strong>of</strong> complaint, the continuous case <strong>of</strong> complaint and the no complaint case, expressed by using dummy number. Multiple regression<br />

analyses <strong>of</strong> the change rate <strong>of</strong> CgA to the transition pattern <strong>of</strong> complaint <strong>of</strong> sleepiness and yawning were down, The subjects were<br />

healthy six male students. They have Judo training one and half hour a week. Saliva was collected twice before and after judo or lecture<br />

lesson.&#12288;The correlation coefficient( r ) between the change rate <strong>of</strong> CgA and the transition pattern <strong>of</strong> complaint <strong>of</strong> yawning and<br />

sleepiness were examined. In judo, r=0.75 for the continuous complaint <strong>of</strong> sleepiness, and r=0.92 for the continuous complaint <strong>of</strong> yawning.<br />

In lecture, r=0.54 for both the continuous complaint <strong>of</strong> sleepiness and yawning. Thus the change rate <strong>of</strong> GgA seemed to be related<br />

positively to the complaints <strong>of</strong> sleepiness and yawning during the load. In multiple regression analyses, the standard partial regression<br />

coefficients <strong>of</strong> the change rate <strong>of</strong> CgA to transition pattern <strong>of</strong> complaint items were analyzed. In judo, the standard partial regression was<br />
