16 broadcast of the July 16th hearing, in your testimony
17 before us at the latter part of it, one of the
18 Commissioners asked you a question do you feel
19 comfortable providing service.
20 And the response you gave was something like
21 the following: "If we have 1,500 gallons per minute
22 pressure, the answer was yes."
23 I was struck in reviewing it by the qualifier
24 of the word "if," which said to me that maybe there's
25 something here we don't know about the conditions, the
