6 think what we're going to do this afternoon is try to
7 move through the public comment period.

9 wishes to speak on this item, but my suggestion is the
10 following: Let's have people that are opposed to the
11 project on this side, my right, and against the project
12 on my side on the left -- excuse me. How about in favor
13 on the right or on my left side, your right? And if
14 you're in the middle, I don't know what to do with you.
15 And you don't necessarily have to stand in
16 line, but you can come up one at a time, you know, a
17 couple of you at a time, and maybe the ones that need to
18 get out of here the quickest can try to speak first.
19 So when you come up to the podium, if you
