1 statement that led right into my question in that, when
2 you decided that the baseline number of 45 acre feet,
3 that was based on, I think I heard you say, a
4 supposition that the fixtures in the -- throughout the
5 interior of the hotel were going to be low-flow fixtures
6 and water-conserving fixtures.
7 Did you actually do the calculations from
8 knowing the number of fixtures that were going to be
9 installed? Did you have that information? Because we
10 don't have that information. So I'm wondering how you
11 could make a statement that says, "Well, we think it's
12 going to be 45 based on what we think they're going to
13 do."
14 But we don't have anything specific that says
15 they're going to do that yet other than we've got
16 conditions. So you know, I'm just wondering how you can
17 make that connection there, not knowing how many
18 fixtures there are, not knowing how many spa tubs there
19 are going to be in all these large bathrooms, not
20 knowing how many outdoor showers there's going to be on
21 these buildings, not knowing the actual use of the beach
22 club that's somewhere between 140 and 300 plus their
23 kids taking showers and all of whatever their guests are
24 doing.
