10 I think that comes back to Miramar Avenue.
11 In fact, with Miramar Avenue, it really is a public open
12 space as you perceive as you drive by, as you park. So
13 I think, if Miramar is abandoned, there should be an
14 equal amount of square footage then contributed to the
15 parking along Jameson Lane to create larger setbacks and
16 more landscape areas for the cars and possibly a way to
17 turn around and return to the beach.
18 Also by the abandonment of Miramar Avenue,
19 the distance traveled and the elevation traveled is
20 significantly larger when coming from South Jameson down
21 to this area than when you started normally because of
22 the increased fill on the site. I don't think there's
23 also a very obvious method to get there.
