1 suggestion. If the Applicant can't do that and can
2 justify why the encroachment in the setback needs to be
3 something different, then let's have them come back and
4 tell us. But I think to compromise at this point --
5 there is a policy which is you don't build in the
6 setbacks, and I think we're already making a compromise
7 whether it's 20 feet or 30 feet. But let's let the
8 Applicant do the work and come back with a justification
9 of why it has to be at 20 feet instead of 30 feet or
10 whatever.
