5 MR. BIERIG: I do have a couple traffic --
6 not traffic. I won't argue the traffic issue with you,
7 but I have concerns about parking. In particular I have
8 concerns about valet parking. And I think the way --
9 I've been thinking about this a lot how can we address
10 the valet parking issue because that's the one that's
11 really going hammer that neighborhood with people like
12 me not using it and parking in front of houses.
13 So I thought maybe what we can consider doing
14 is beefing up the language in Condition 55, which is the
15 one that let's us look back and look at the traffic
16 again. And I can't remember the exact language. I
17 think we look at it a year after operation.
18 And so two issues: One is I think we should
19 stage the increase of the beach and tennis club
20 membership until after that review is over. So that
21 gives 150 as per the existing plan -- or 140, and the
22 additional would be subject to the other review.
23 But I'd also like to beef up our solutions,
24 our potential mitigations to include, if we determine in
25 our best -- if our best determination is the operation
