6 the analysis of parking demand is conservative and that
7 this project has dealt with the parking demand in an
8 adequate way, do you have any thoughts of your own
9 related to the 100 percent valet and how that might
10 affect the -- what happens in the neighborhood?
11 And I'll tell you why I'm asking. I think
12 about myself. You know, the difference between, if I
13 drive down to Los Angeles and park, I'm more than happy
14 to find a valet parking lot adjacent because where am I
15 going to go.
16 But that's not how most people park here and
17 especially in Montecito. They often don't like to give
18 up their cars, and they'll park across the street from a
19 valet. And I wonder what -- if you have any thoughts on
20 what we might see.
21 And the concern is is the neighborhood going
22 to be filled with people avoiding valet and walking into
23 the project as I might.
