14 did long ago.<br />

21 property line officially is declared to end at 106 feet<br />

22 from the edge of the boardwalk.<br />

23 MR. BIERIG: It's actually about 116 feet.<br />

24 MR. BOEHR: 16 feet. Excuse me. And I<br />
