5 approving a project that's, according to the community
6 plan, within the existing resources and also charged
7 with -- by CEQA for making findings that say that there
8 is no environmental impact.
9 Now, for me, if I'm now hearing that we don't
10 have -- the Montecito Water District does not have pipe
11 lines running down San Ysidro or wherever and they're
12 going to now have to be installed, that is to me both an
13 impact to the community and an impact to traffic, and I
14 can go on and on and on. And so this is a little bit of
15 a surprise that this is now coming out now.

21 district's the public water system.

23 consulting engineer came to Montecito Water District.
24 They provided us with a fee to test the fire hydrants
25 that are within boundaries of the Miramar Hotel. We
