8 clarification, I think one of the public commentors did
9 mention that they didn't think this building conformed
10 to the requirement of being considered one building.
11 And we did look at that very carefully, and
12 there is an appropriate attachment between each of those
13 buildings. It's not just a corridor space. We agree
14 you can't just attach by a corridor because we used to
15 get quite absurd results when we allowed that.
16 MR. BIERIG: Yeah, I noted that on the plans.
17 It does meet the technical requirement. Thank you.
18 MS. BLACK: We intentionally didn't suggest
19 Applicant attach at the second story. Obviously, they
20 could have, but we're working against ourselves by doing
21 that.
22 MR. BIERIG: I would rather they not as well.
23 I don't know if anybody else has any other
24 particular questions; so I'll jump in with a couple last
25 ones that I have.
