2 hanging out. Let's clear the rats out of here, and
3 let's get this thing going or just forget about it and
4 put in a mortuary, a cemetery, or a place for homeless
5 people. It would be nice, the Miramar Homeless Hotel.

20 the regulations, the codes, all the protections that our
21 community has.

23 over the last week that so many of those regulations and
24 codes are having exemptions, exceptions, variances, that
