1 thing I did notice was Parcel 11 extends in front of
2 that piece of property and is being included in the
3 area, but that parcel is not part of the project, and
4 it's a small amount. It really is kind of -- but it's
5 probably something we should clean up in terms of the
6 exhibit project discussion.
7 MS. BLACK: Are you talking about this area
8 right here (indicating)?

10 note. It's so small I don't think it's material, but I
11 did remember that you guys own that piece next door, and
12 I'm not suggesting it needs to be merged anyway. I
13 think at least from a survey standpoint it was probably
14 an error.
15 MR. MIDDLEBROOK: We'd have to check. I
16 think it's part of Parcel 11. It just extends down. We
17 can check.
18 MR. BIERIG: I'm assuming it won't be used as
19 part of the landscaping. I know you're working on the
20 landscaping for the hotel, but you know, to the extent
21 we count Parcel 11 as part of the property, it seems
22 like it needs to be included as useable functional parts
23 of the development. Otherwise, you can just run it from
24 there to Los Angeles, and we won't have to worry about
25 this FAR stuff.
