4 are two things you should think about. The first is I
5 think you should give Mr. Caruso the opportunity to
6 address the Commission, and second, you need to make a
7 motion to continue the project, refer it back to staff,
8 but something more than just the motion you made and
9 adjourn, and I suggest in that order.
10 MR. PHILLIPS: Mr. Chair, is it the sense of
11 the Commission that traffic should be not discussed? Do
12 we ask for a reinforcement outside of the SEIR process?
13 MR. BIERIG: If you want to make another
14 motion on the traffic one.
15 MS. BURROW: I will review any additional
16 information on that subject, but I won't approve an
17 supplemental EIR on either traffic or -- traffic or
18 parking.
19 MR. PHILLIPS: I'd like to move that we --
20 it's not a motion, is it? -- that we have reinforced
21 data on traffic.
22 MR. OVERALL: I said specifically from one
23 person's perspective what I'd like to see in the
24 analysis is basically take into account the potential
25 increase in the number of employees.
