9 model being used to calculate traffic's impact on
10 community says 100 employees.
11 If the number of employees that arrive at the
12 beginning of the work shift were to increase -- I
13 believe the number you said was 16. If it were 35 --
14 let's double the number because I think that's probably
15 closer to what it would be -- the model says there's no
16 traffic impact, but in fact, we know there is a traffic
17 impact. So how do we apply common sense to come up with
18 a number that reflects what we may experience on the
19 ground?
20 MR. STEWART: There is a traffic impact, but
21 to get to the point of a significant traffic impact
22 under the county's guidelines, you would have to get to
23 the 16-peak-hour-trip number at those locations.

25 one intersection; is that correct?
