1 And following that we will take some public
2 comment, but I'm going to limit the public comment to
3 changes -- changes that have been submitted and new
4 items that have come up in the last two weeks and not to
5 a redo of the public comment period that we had before.
6 So it's going to be very limited. So if you
7 find me -- if you get up, I think it's important that
8 you plan that your remarks should be limited to new
9 material.
10 And the other thing is we have received a lot
11 of material in the last few days including -- I think I
12 got 60 pages about 6:00 o'clock last night. Now, that
13 material has not been -- I didn't read it last night,
14 and I doubt if the other Members of the Commission have
15 read that material.
16 So I won't be voting that material into the
17 record nor any of the stuff that was submitted today. I
18 may try at lunch to look at some of it, and if I think
19 something is germane, I'll bring it in, but you should
20 not assume that the material is part of the record at
21 least from my perspective. My fellow Commissioners may
22 decide they want to bring it in, but I don't plan to.
