2 that I was asking around Parcel 6 and the inclusion --
3 well, we haven't gotten quite there, but the public
4 lateral access easement and all of that was actually --
5 I was referencing some of the material that had been
6 included in that letter.
7 MS. SLUTZKY: Mr. Chair, I think to the
8 extent Commissioner Gottsdanker has read the letter and
9 relied on it to some extent and may -- actually it may
10 sway her opinion, that one should be included.
11 MR. PHILLIPS: Maybe Claire is not allowed to
12 decide anything.
13 MS. GOTTSDANKER: Good. Can I leave? Can I
14 go home?
15 MR. PHILLIPS: Can I go with you?
16 MR. BIERIG: I guess we can accept that one,
17 and then when we take our next break, each of us go
18 through that and make sure we're familiar with it. So
19 how about if we move to accept that letter and not the
20 balance of them? Will somebody make that motion?
