3 MR. LANGHORNE: Well, it's going to be the
4 water district's infrastructure that would need to be
5 improved. Historically, when we have something like
6 this, whether it be the Westmont project, whether it be
7 the Biltmore, which was back in the '70s when that
8 actually occurred, it was the project applicant that had
9 to affect those improvements.
10 MR. OVERALL: Do you know the status of any
11 negotiation related to that in this case?
12 MR. LANGHORNE: Well, the flags been put up;
13 so they know it's there.
14 MR. OVERALL: Has there been any dollar
15 amount assigned to this?
16 MR. LANGHORNE: No.
17 MS. GOTTSDANKER: Do we know what the
18 existing capacity is today, what could be delivered
19 today?
20 MR. LANGHORNE: That information would best
21 be gained from the water district, but if I had to give
22 you an answer now, I would say that right now as things
23 stand we're looking at probably in the neighborhood of
24 about 1,000 gallons a minute.
