10 came up with parcel size.

12 MR. YOKHAM: Mr. Chair, Members of the
13 Commission, my name is Pat Yokham of Penfield & Smith,
14 and after hearing the testimony this morning from the
15 surveyor staff and the county counsels comments, I'm in
16 agreement with how that calculation is made.
17 And to answer that question that in 1998 that
18 Somos, who is preparer of the base map and base topo --
19 that did run and independently confirm that calculation
20 for Parcel 6, and I agree with them in the methodolgy to
21 run it to the high water mark is that elevation of 2.0.
22 MR. BIERIG: So how do you determine where
23 2.20 intersects the beach?
