2 buffer still with a 600-person event. So I think that's
3 an indication that, even if everybody showed up to the
4 club at once, you've got a lot of a buffer built into
5 the parking plan.

11 And Mr. Stewart, back in April of '08, the County of
12 Santa Barbara Public Works Department issued policies
13 for encroachment permits, and we worked on that. I
14 actually was on that committee, and we worked on it
15 with Eric Pearson, and several other people have signed
16 this document that made it happen.
17 Has public works -- so it does appear from
18 all the site plans and various plans that I've looked at
19 a number of encroachment permits will need to be issued
20 to this project if it is approved as we have it today.
21 Has public works reviewed the plan in
22 alignment with the new encroachment policies which
23 literally are countywide, not just Montecito, although
24 we did push for them? So that's one question that I
25 had.
