3 figure we do it now.
4 The concern we have with this project -- we
5 don't oppose it; we're not in favor of it. Like you
6 said, we're one of the people you didn't know what to do
7 with.
8 Well, our concern are the sensitivity areas
9 that are on the property such as the two archeological
10 sites. My concern or the concern of the tribe is that
11 it was written into this document that there would be
12 monitoring, and we want to make sure that is still going
13 to be in effect. We wrote a letter May 13th. It came
14 out, and we said that in our letter, and we're
15 requesting that and be followed through.
16 MR. BIERIG: I can assure you that is one of
17 the conditions.
18 MR. ROMERO: One of the other conditions of
19 that I'd like to state is, given the size of the
20 project, that it not just be one monitor, that it be
21 multiple monitors because we don't know how much ground
22 they'll be covering. So we just want that in the
