3 MR. OVERALL: I think this is one of those
4 cases where you have to say that the existing setback is
5 not adequate whether it has to be a one-story building
6 or a two-story building. I think we need to leave to
7 the Applicant -- we simply say this is too close to the
8 property line where it is now, at least my approach. I
9 don't want to dictate what that setback should be.
10 MR. PHILLIPS: I feel more strongly about
11 that. I can support Jack's feeling.

13 although I do want to make sure Building 40, 41, and 43
14 that there is enough room -- and I think I brought this
15 up at the last hearing; so you guys are probably
16 prepared for this.
17 But I feel those are too close to the
18 property line because they do not allow for landscaping.
19 You have no landscaping on your existing landscape plan,
20 and I think I had suggested at the last hearing that I
21 thought those buildings needed to move slightly or
22 somewhat into the property so that could be heavily
23 landscaped as a protection for the church and the
24 neighborhood.
