1 my opinion. If he wants to reduce -- well, just take
2 the second section in -- from San Ysidro Road and
3 Building 44 where there happen to be -- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 --
4 6 units. There's 12 units in there. The flexibility
5 for me would be that I would allow that building to
6 exist in the setback if the second story were taken off
7 and those six units were added to some of the cottages
8 which only have 2 or 3 units.

11 would -- the single-story building could still exist in
12 the setback if the second floor of that section of it --
13 because for me that gets myself and the community a

16 you take the second building. You would take that whole
17 second floor off. You've immediately begun to wiggle
18 that long facade along south Jameson, which really what
19 I'm concerned about --
