14 finished floor of garage level P1 is 25.5 feet above
15 mean sea level. The roof is 37 feet. That's a little
16 lower than finished floor of the main lobby. The mid
17 point of the height of P1 31.25, and the average grade
18 around it is 33. So the mid point is 31, and the
19 average grade around it is 33. So the average grade
20 exceeds the mid point of that basement level.
