1 the funding stream is pretty well in place. As far as
2 the time frame, I think we would expect to come to the
3 County Planning Commission and the Montecito Planning
4 Commission in the next six months at the longest in a
5 conceptual review framework.
6 Caltrans is at the very beginning stages of
7 preparing environmental documents. They're really doing
8 baseline studies right now to support their analysis and
9 also doing a lot of engineering work.
10 So I would suspect that that's a year to year
11 and a half away, but I don't have that time line
12 embedded in my memory. But yeah, I would expect that
13 it's going to be quite an interesting process. It
14 always is.

16 course of action.

18 to rebut any of the public comment? I know you've had a
19 few items, but I wanted to give you the opportunity
