4 was granted a modification for the parking ordinance.

6 ATE, which has been submitted to you, a certified
7 traffic engineering firm, using the ULI shared parking
8 analysis, the proposed plan has excess parking even at
9 peak demand.
10 The analysis shows we will need 526 parking
11 spaces leaving 25 excess parking spaces at peak times.
12 I also want to note that our peak demand figure for
13 parking is based on a 600-person event happening onsite.
14 600-person events are limited to 12 times per year; so
15 the time when we will face peak demand are limited in
16 number.
17 By the ULI method of analysis, the approved
18 Schrager plan had a peak demand of 475 parking spaces,
19 which meant a parking deficit of 31 spaces or a 59-space
20 deficit if you exclude the overflow parking spaces.
21 So to reiterate, there will be a similar
22 operational need in terms of parking. We are providing
23 a 35 percent increase in parking over the approved plan
24 which was granted a modification to the parking
25 ordinance.
