7 think that's what were working on, and I think that we
8 have found from past projects that this is one of the
9 most difficult issues that we ever deal with is parking
10 and traffic.
11 I mean we spent hours on the Westmont project
12 and hours on the Coral Casino and hours on the
13 Music Academy dealing with to how do we park and how do
14 we deal with traffic.
15 And I think Mr. Overall is totally accurate
16 that we're not quite there yet. We don't quite know.
17 So we're looking for conditions, and I would suggest
18 that, given we're obviously not going to do anything
19 with this project tonight, that maybe staff can go back
20 and work on it.
21 They have come up with various scenarios for
22 various projects for dealing with these kinds of issues.
23 I am not a traffic expert; I'm not a parking expert.
24 I'm just -- you know, I go south when it comes to this.
