4 filling may be denied if it's determined that the
5 development can carry that with less alteration of the
6 natural terrain." And then HWPP2 is "All developments
7 should be designed to fit the site and any other
8 existing conditions" -- you know, and then it goes on
9 and on and on. So yeah, it should be kept to the
10 absolute minimum and still have the design work and the
11 ADA ramps work and the parking work and all of that.
12 MR. BIERIG: I'm still comfortable with
13 grading plan to give them a site that's relatively flat
14 similar to what they have now, and those policy are in
15 effect. I can't see changing any -- I can't come up
16 with a motion for modification of the conditions right
